Digbee is sponsoring the Mines and Money London Awards in the following 3 ESG categories.
- ESG Explorer/Developer of the Year Award
- ESG Producer of the Year Award
- ESG Impact Initiative of the Year Award
1. ESG Explorer/Developer of the Year Award
Criteria: How well an explorer or developer has developed a long term sustainable ESG strategy.
To Nominate: In 500 words or less, please tell us about your company / company you are nominating.
- For the company you are nominating please outline some of the most material opportunities and threats ESG posed to your company / your company poses to ESG, and what you are doing about them? (Advisory maximum of 1500 words).
- What is your long-term strategy for your company and how does ESG integrate into it in a meaningful manner? (Advisory maximum of 1000 words).
- Please outline in 1000 words or less what would you like to see change for ESG to be valued more highly in the extractives sector?
Judging: Awards Panel.
2. ESG Producer of the Year Award
Criteria: How well a producer has developed a long term sustainable ESG strategy.
To Nominate: In 500 words or less, please tell us about your company / company you are nominating.
- For the company you are nominating please outline some of the most material opportunities and threats ESG posed to your company / your company poses to ESG, and what you are doing about them? (Advisory maximum of 1500 words).
- What is your long-term strategy for your company and how does ESG integrate into it in a meaningful manner? (Advisory maximum of 1000 words).
- Please outline in 1000 words or less what would you like to see change for ESG to be valued more highly in the extractives sector?

3. ESG Impact Initiative of the Year Award
Criteria: Best initiative introduced by an organisation that is shown to have significant ESG impact. This is open to any single person, organisation or group of organisations in the mining industry including operators, service providers, investors, NGOs and others. This may therefore include civil engineers, heavy and light vehicle providers, raw materials provider, water and / or waste treatment agencies, community liaison consultancies, stakeholder engagement consultancies, technology/solutions provider, etc.
To Nominate: In 1000 words or less, please tell us about the organisation(s) being nominated
- Please include insight as to how the organisation(s) views ESG and incorporates it into their way of working and strategies.
- In 1000 words or less, please outline the initiative for which the organisation(s) are being nominated. Please provide detail on how the initiative has positively impacted society and the environment, and the legacy created by the initiative.
