Aligning business processes to both ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 reveals the company’s commitment to data protection, management processes and quality assurance.
ISO: the global standard of quality
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) sets the bar worldwide for technical and business standards. Certification to both ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 shows that Digbee operates systems and processes that meet or exceed international expectations.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is seen by many as a bedrock standard as it promotes consistent quality of services and products to customers with an emphasis on continual improvement. Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification shows that Digbee products and services meet the statutory and regulatory requirements of all customers, with a robust and sense checked quality management system.
ISO 27001:2017
ISO 27001:2017 certification, meanwhile, focuses on information security, a top priority for any global technology platform. Digbee spent a year developing its information security management system with the help and guidance of Charmwood Risk Management Ltd, who helped Digbee to identify risks, implement controls and improve information security processes.
